Our cancellation policy is that a full refund will be given if the tour is cancelled 48 hours or more in advance of trip. If it’s less than 48 hours then it’s at the company’s discretion.

If we have to cancel our tour due to adverse weather, ie strong winds, then we can move your booking to another day or if you cannot change to another day then you would receive a full refund. 

Unfortunately a wheelchair cannot be wheeled onto the boat.
